Christmasy things

Jen, this is a great one...of course I have to do it!!

1. Wrapping paper or gift bags? Wrapping paper definetly! I love wrapping presents! They are so much more exciting to open..and so pretty under the tree!! :)
2. Real tree or Artificial? I prefer artificial because they always look perfect and you dont have to buy one EVERY single year..but its very nice to have a real tree too..we were going to this year..but no money!! :)
3. When do you put up the tree? Usually Thanksgiving night!!
4. When do you take the tree down? New year's day usually
5. Do you like eggnog? nope!
6. Favorite gift received as a child? so many...but my super nintendo probably got the most use..and my bike
7. Hardest person to buy for? Grandparents! They have everything!!
8. Easiest person to buy for? Lee is Easy..and I'm always finding fun gifts for Suzanne..she's easy :)
9. Do you have a nativity scene? yes i do!
10. Mail or email Christmas cards? Just finished mailing off a BUNCH of Christmas cards today!!
11. Worst Christmas gift you ever received? ugly homemade candles
12. Favorite Christmas Movie? Christmas vacation and One Magic Christmas...oh and Elf..ok stop me
13. When do you start shopping for Christmas? All through the year!
14. Have you ever recycled a Christmas present? Yes, I've re-gifted a few things..I used to have a re-gift closet...aunt Meezie tries..she does.
15. Favorite thing to eat at Christmas? My mom's sausage buttons and homemade sticky buns and ham buscuits!
16. Lights on the tree? I LOVE white lights on the tree..its so elegant! I HATE colored lights..its so tacky!!
17. Favorite Christmas song? Baby its cold outside, Santa Clause is comin' to town, breath of heaven..and MANY more
18. Travel at Christmas or stay home? I like to be at home with loved ones!! Minnesota next Christmas!!!
19. Can you name all of Santa's reindeer? Jen, you forgot Dasher..everyone does! Ok in order of appearance...DASHER, Dancer, Prancer Vixen, Comet, Cupid Donner, Blitzen..and I suppose Rudolph! :)
20. Angel on the tree top or a star? A star! To me the star represents the Star of Bethlehem that the wise men followed to baby jesus..its a bit of the real meaning of christmas thrown into such a commercialized holiday!
21. Open the presents Christmas Eve or morning? Christmas morning!!!
22. Most annoying thing about this time of the year? Those BLOW up Christmas things people put in their yard! I hate them and want to pop them with a knife..but i wont..
23. Favorite ornament theme or color? I usually do blue white and silver..but I'm going to start doing a different one every year..this year I did red and green!
24. Favorite place for Christmas dinner? Christmas Eve Dinner with my family!
25. What do you want for Christmas this year? I think we all know the answer to that question..we'll just leave it up to Santa Clause :)
